The idea is “smoke kills”. This is visualized by a can of anti mosquito spray which looks like a cigarette smoke.
The concept is when someone is smoking in the public places, they can easily “kill” someone like an anti mosquito spray kills a mosquito.
PS: Sorry if my English is bad. Hope u understand what I mean.
